Looking Ahead

Goals for Q2–Q3 2026

Based on GMC’s evolving needs, platform usage patterns, and organizational interest, here are the key growth and development goals.

01
Expand Beyond South Carolina
GMC has offices across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. Leverage Daniel Mosher’s relationships and success stories from SC to introduce SiteMarker to new regional offices and disciplines.
02
HQ Buy-In & Enterprise Rollout
Corporate HQ expressed interest in SWPPP report modifications for ADEM certification. Continue engaging with HQ to transition from a single-office deployment to an enterprise agreement.
03
Deepen User Adoption
With 19 contacts but only 6 active platform users, there is significant room to increase adoption. Target hands-on training sessions for inactive contacts and new hires joining active projects.
04
SWPPP Reporting Enhancements
Build on HQ’s request for ADEM-compliant SWPPP reports. Deliver modified reporting templates that meet Alabama Department of Environmental Management certification requirements.
05
Secure Renewal (Sep 2026)
The $18,100 renewal is currently in the Agreement 4-6 Months stage. Demonstrate clear ROI through this QBR and ongoing check-ins to ensure a smooth renewal well ahead of the September close date.
06
Leverage Referral Network
Daniel Mosher mentioned homebuilder contacts who would see SiteMarker’s value. Once enterprise buy-in is secured, pursue warm introductions to expand into GMC’s broader professional network.
