First In-Person Demo
On-site demo at the Warrenville, IL office with Andy Heinen, Drew Walker, and Jamie Putnam. Partnership officially kicks off.
November 2024
Multi-Office Expansion
Demo and onboarding sessions extended to Orlando, Austin, Newport Beach, Jacksonville, and Indianapolis teams via Emily Williams and Casey Stierwalt.
April 2025
In-Person Lunch & Learn
Hosted at the Frisco, TX office (6160 Warren Pkwy). Deep-dive session with the Texas landscape architecture team led by Leah and Jonathan Campbell.
May – August 2025
Onboarding Wave
Dozens of new users onboarded across TX, FL, VA, GA, PA, and MN. Charlotte Environmental Group demo. Pittsburgh project setup. SMARTS integration demo with KH product team.

Goals for Q2–Q3 2026

Based on Kimley-Horn's evolving needs and feedback, here are the key development and partnership goals for the next two quarters.

CEI Market Saturation
Expand SiteMarker adoption into Kimley-Horn's CEI teams in Minnesota and Florida, per Emily Williams' directive. Tailor onboarding for construction engineering & inspection workflows.

Pittsburgh & West Central PA Rollout
Support the Pittsburgh office's expansion into west central Pennsylvania with a dedicated Lunch & Learn in March. Micki Harrigan-King to serve as local admin, coordinated through Bill Moldovan.

SMARTS Integration Deepening
Continue collaboration with Matt Bajema (Solutions Engineering Lead) and Matt Bruhn (Product Owner) on tighter integration between SiteMarker and Kimley-Horn's SMARTS platform.

Punch Walk & Reporting Enhancements
Based on field feedback from Matthew Gillespie and others, optimize the punch walk workflow and comment-to-report pipeline to further reduce time spent on documentation.

Waterfront & Coastal Engineering Expansion
Capitalize on the Feb 2026 Waterfront Design introduction and new coastal engineering contacts (Margaret Boshek, Raleigh) to enter a new discipline vertical within KH.

ASLA 2026 Conference Presence
Co-present or co-exhibit with Kimley-Horn at the ASLA 2026 Conference on Landscape Architecture (September 16–19). Strengthen joint brand presence in the LA community.
